At Gentlecord, we are committed to delivering a premium and satisfying shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Eligibility

Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged item received
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered

Note: Returns are not accepted for items delivered in perfect condition.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Orders

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance campaigns
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or missing original tags/packaging

Orders placed under “BUY 2 GET 1” or similar promotional offers, where the complimentary product is selected and added by you or us from available stock, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Partial Payment Policy

Advance or partial payments made for orders are strictly non-refundable in case of non-delivery, as per our policy.

  • All advance/partial payments are considered as order confirmation
  • Once the payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstances if the order is not completed or delivered
  • By making a payment on our website, the customer agrees to this policy

Return Process

Please share the following details:

  • The word “Return” or “Exchange”
  • Your Order Number
  • A brief reason for return
  • Clear photo or video proof (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

Important: Return requests made via Instagram, phone, or any other platform will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Please use a reliable, trackable, and insured courier service
  • Gentlecord will not be responsible for loss or damage during return transit

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Modes

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Exchange Policy

Gentlecord does not offer direct product exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
